With homes in many neighborhoods surrounding the Rochester area, Mickey Rowland and his team of designers and builders create some of the finest homes that Rochester has to offer. With so many local jobs in technology and medicine, especially with the nearby Mayo Clinic campus, there’s never been a better time to think about buying one of the many Excel Homes in Rochester.

Rochester has a population of more than 125,000, with many local communities surrounding it, as well. The Excel Homes such as Crimson Ridge and Hart Farms are in the outlying areas of greater Rochester, with the charm of a small town and all the amenities of the big city nearby.
